We engaged Adam to undertake a full renovation of our apartment at Burleigh Heads. Adam’s building experience, knowledge, accountancy background, attention to detail and professional calm demeanour catapults him to the top of the list for a builder.
Living interstate ourselves, Adam communicated via email, Zoom, photos, calls and was available for queries at any time. We had complete confidence.
Speed without compromise to quality was the essence and this project was completed thus throughout, and bang on time.

We are experienced renovators and have also completed projects in Melbourne and Sydney. Adam embraces his projects as if they were in his own home, and this sets him apart from any other builder we have met.
We engaged The Good Tradie for a commercial allied health fit-out inside a pre-existing medical centre. After receiving a number of quotes, we chose to go with The Good Tradie as they were quick to reply to any queries, punctual and priced competitively.
From start to finish, Adam and his team went the extra mile to ensure the project was completed on time with minimal disruption to the other occupants in the medical centre. We had nothing but positive feedback from the medical centre and its staff.

We engaged The Good Tradie to modernise our kitchen and bathroom through complete renovation. I met Adam through another job he was doing and soon realised that he had a particular attention to detail. I contacted him for a quote to do our work and he immediately responded. Adam is an amazing communicator, which is very rare for a tradie! This is so important – knowing that you won’t be waiting or continually chasing your tradie and this is why we chose The Good Tradie.
The workmanship Adam provided was excellent and one of his subbies said he is very particular. That was good enough for me!
I was delighted that we were presented with a professional contract, underpinned by the building association. It had a full schedule of fees and I knew what and when I was paying for the job.
This was a difficult job in a highrise and any problems that were presented to Adam, he carefully thought out a reactive plan and I felt that it was in professional hands.
We had a very delicate situation where another tradie had damaged piping to the downstairs unit and I asked Adam if he would be able to coordinate the fix to the damage and get us back on track. He did this with complete professionalism and this was on top of his already engaged service with us.
Finally, the payments were very easy as Adam, unlike any tradie I have used before, has his administration very well sorted and uses an online payment system for invoices.
All in all, we would highly recommend The Good Tradie…he really is!
