This combination of skillsets, and mindset, allows The Good Tradie to see the bigger picture, which Adam executes through impeccable project management skills, punctuality and integrity. Adam’s level of attention to detail, that exceeds the expectations of even the most discerning clients, has allowed The Good Tradie to specialise in Gold Coast apartment renovations where greater administration is involved to satisfy multiple stakeholders, including you (our valued client), the building manager, neighbouring residents and body corporation.
Our innate understanding of the complexities of working on high-rise buildings has attracted work from local, interstate and overseas clients all wanting The Good Tradie’s boutique apartment renovation experience.
The Good Tradie also excels at commercial fit-outs and refurbishments for a range of different industries including medical practitioners and allied health professionals throughout our very own Burleigh Heads neighbourhood.
As a family owned business, we give great consideration to timing and ensure all of our projects run to schedule so important family moments, such as school holidays, aren’t interrupted by the sound of jackhammering.
In 2019, Adam studied at the Australian College of Environmental Studies to learn how to minimise health hazards in the home. Equipped with this knowledge, Adam embraces low toxic building materials and healthier work practices as a part of our considered approach to renovating.
